Shipping and Returns
We ship worldwide.
The company is not responsible for customs charges and delays. Customs charges are responsibility of the importer (the customer).
All of our furniture is handmade after the order has been placed. Typically we’ll have your order shipped within 5 business days from time of purchase.
Depending on your location, shipping can take 4-8 business days in Europe, 3-9 business days to the US and Canada and 10-14 days for rest of the world (we are in Europe, Latvia). At certain times of the year, such as Christmas, it might take additional time, so please make your order early.
Returns & exchanges

Send items back within: 30 days of delivery.
We want you to be entirely delighted with your purchase from EcoActivityToys ! If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund (less promotional discounts and shipping charges).

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

- Request a cancellation within: 3 hours of purchase
- Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging.
- We reserve the right to deny a refund for any returned item that is no longer in new condition, is damaged or missing pieces.
- We can offer product exchange if the item is damaged during delivery or due to our fault.
If you have any problems with the quality or delivery of the item, write us. We always find a solution for the customer to be satisfied.

Refunds:
A refund for returned items will be issued to your original form of payment.
The refund amount will be calculated based on the price paid minus any coupons, discounts, shipping charges , if applicable.
Refunds and credits are generally processed within seven business days of receipt of your returned merchandise. You will receive an email confirmation of your refund. Please note that it can take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items:
Eco activity toys stands behind the quality of all the products we carry. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please e-mail us and include a photo of damaged or defective item(s) so that we can help make things right.
